After a year or so of non-exercising it felt so strange today to attend my first Zumba Fitness class. The instructor showed us a combination of latin inspired choreography and aerobic exercises that genuinely made my entire body hurt from the rhythmicity. Had it hadnt been for my cozy outfit I would have left after the third song of the playlist! Forty minutes later, just when the stretching started, I felt an unspeakable euphoria and contentment. And for that reason and only I decided to give it a go once again next week.
